LYNCEUS SAS (hereinafter “LYNCEUS” or “we”, “us”) in relation to the access, browsing and all other possible actions on the website www.lynceus.ai (hereinafter the “Website“), requires the reading and acceptance of its Legal Texts (which include the Legal Notices, the Website Terms and Conditions, the Lynceus Cookies Policy together with the present Privacy Policy).
1. Collection of Your Personal Data
While You (“You” or the “User”) are visiting the Website, we collect and process all or some of the following personal data (“Personal Data”):

In addition, we may also use such technologies to determine whether you’ve opened an e-mail or clicked on a link contained in an e-mail.

3. Personal data retention
Our retention periods for personal data are based on business needs and legal requirements. We retain Personal Data for as long as is necessary for the processing purpose(s) for which the information was collected, and any other permissible and related purpose.

4. Data recipients
Within LYNCEUS : To fulfill Your requests and carry out our activities, we or You may need to share Your Personal Data internally within LYNCEUS, such as to the Sales, Communication, or Information technology teams. Everyone at LYNCEUS is trained on privacy and data security topics, and subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
Service providers : We may share Your Personal Data with our service providers who perform services on our behalf, for the purposes described in Section 2. These are our hosting providers, backend infrastructure providers, infrastructure monitoring providers, managing contacts and sending messages service providers, support and contact request management service providers, user database management service provider.
We contractually require these service providers to (i) keep Your Personal Data confidential and secured, (ii) process it in compliance with obligations consistent with this policy and (iii) not use it for any purpose(s) other than those necessary for the performance of our agreement with them.
Third-party recipients : we may also need to transfer your personal information to a new re-organised entity or third party after the sale or reorganisation of LYNCEUS for them to use Your Personal Data for the same purposes as set out in this policy (see Section 2, “To reorganise or make changes to our business”), and to regulators or law enforcement agencies (see Section 2, “In connection with legal or regulatory obligations”).
